Tiger Woods and PGA Jay Monohn’s tour issued a statement saying that he is “committed to golf reunion” after a White House working session with President Donald Trump.
On Thursday, the governor of PIF, head of the LIV golf team, Yasser Al -Lamyan, and director of PGA player Adam Scott.
“We have just concluded a constructive working session at the White House with President Trump and Romayan is going,” he read a statement from Monohan, Woods and Scott.
“Thanks to President Trump’s leadership, we started a discussion about the reunification of the golf. We are committed to moving as soon as possible and we will share additional details as necessary.
“We share a passion for the game and the importance of reunification. Most importantly, we all want the best players in the world to play together more and commit to doing everything we can to provide this result to our fans.”

President Trump himself commented earlier that he had “interesting discussions” as part of the efforts to resolve the division in the professional golf game between the PGA and LV GOLF, backed by Saudi Arabia.
Trump, who became the most involved in an attempt to end the gap that lasted years ago in the professional golf, appeared in the White House to attend an event in the month of black history after meeting with Woods on the stage wearing a presidential freedom medal, while Monhaman and 2013 was the masters champion Scott in the crowd.
“I have always tried to swing like Adam. It has never succeeded,” Trump said.

It was a deal to solve cracks in the professional golf game already approaching, according to PgA Tour Jay Monahan, who thanked President Trump for “participating for the interest of the game”
Woods, the main winner of 15 times, works with Scott and Monohan in this case but he missed the initial meeting because his mother had died recently.
“I think things will heal quickly,” Woods said on Sunday.
Lev Golf attracted some of the best golf players in the world after its foundation in 2021. The best players from Liv and the PGA tour play each other only several times a year.
Trump played golf with Woods on February 9 in his club in West Palm Beach, Florida. Trump Woods awarded the presidential medal for freedom in 2019.
