DOW was traveling in a volatile trading session on Friday, when the blue chip index looked to close the first month of the year since 2019.
Dow rose 20 points, but bounced in a trade on Friday morning. S&P increases by 0.7 %, while the Nasdaq compound increased by 1.3 %.
DOW has risen about 5.7 % this month, on the right track of the best January since 2019, according to Dow Jones Market data. The S&P 500 rises by 3.6 %, which will be the best in January since 2023.
