“As summer comes to a close, I can’t tell you how relieved I am to finally be done with chemotherapy,” Kate said in a video statement at the time. “The past nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant and we’ve had to navigate stormy waters and an unknown road.
