Snake Yoga is slithering away at a California studio.
A yoga studio in California combined their love of yoga and python to create a ‘unique experience’ called ‘Snake Yoga’. Ball pythons will slide over participants during their ‘flow’.
Employees at an Aloha State store were shocked when a two-foot snake was found inside a container of Christmas trees shipped to the island.
According to a news release from the Hawaii Department of Agriculture (HDOA), employees at a store in Hilo, Hawaii, spotted the large reptile while unloading a container of holiday trees on Saturday.
Surprised employees acted quickly and closed the container, successfully preventing the amazing snake from settling on the island.

Inspectors from HDOA’s Plant Quarantine Branch arrived and quickly captured the slithering reptile, which they later identified as a non-venomous gopher snake.
Officials searched other trees in the container but found no other snakes.
In a photo from the agency, a spotted snake is seen after being caught. The snake has been placed in Hilo and will be safely transported to Honolulu, the agency said.

In Hawaii, snakes have no natural predators, and can pose a threat to native birds, humans, and small pets.

In a statement, HDOA chairperson Sharon Hurd thanked the employees for their quick actions.
“Although plant quarantine inspectors open every container of Christmas trees and flowers that arrive and inspect them, we don’t have the resources to inspect everything in every container,” Heard said. “We appreciate the store staff’s quick handling of the snake and the quick response of our Hello staff.”

Hawaii has received more than 45,000 Christmas trees and wreaths in about 88 containers, according to the agency. According to HDOA, a total of 135 containers are expected to arrive this season.
HDOA did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
