The father of Appalachian High School shooter Colt Gray pleaded not guilty Thursday to 29 counts he faces, including two counts of second-degree murder and two counts of involuntary manslaughter.
Colin Gray, 54, did not appear in court as his lawyers entered a guilty plea and waived his formal arrest.
Her son, 14-year-old Colt Gray, is accused of killing four people and injuring nine others during the Sept. 4 mass shooting at a Georgia high school. He has also pleaded not guilty.
A Barrow County grand jury in October indicted Colt Gray on a total of 55 counts of adultery, including the deaths of four people and 25 counts of aggravated assault at a high school. Both she and her father also face child abuse charges.
Colt Gray pleaded not guilty, demanding a jury trial.
Colin Gray was arrested and charged with allegedly buying the firearm used in the shooting and giving it to Colt for Christmas.

The shooting killed teachers Richard Spinwall, 39, and Christina Eremi, 53, and students Mason Schermerhorn and Christian Angulo, both 14. Another teacher and eight more students were injured, seven of whom were shot.

Georgia is one of 42 states nationwide that hold parents criminally responsible on behalf of their children.
