In addition to attending the baby shower, McClelland was also instrumental in organizing the event. In Brownlee’s recap of the shower, uploaded via YouTube on Saturday, November 16, she shared that McClelland was her hero when she brought the ring light to the photo station.
“Rosie saved the day,” Brownlee said in the clip. βThat’s what he brought. [ring] Lights like the last time for River’s baby shower because I didn’t have one.
Brownlee also revealed that she is expecting a girl. In August, Brownlee shared in a YouTube video that she was pregnant with her second child. (Brownlee welcomed son River, 20 months, in March 2023 and has not revealed the identity of the father of her children.)
“As you guys can tell from the title of this video, I’m expecting baby #2,” she announced in the clip.
The social media personality admitted she wanted to wait to publicly share the news about her pregnancy “closer to the 20-week mark” because she’s “a very nervous and anxious person.”
“I’ve had both my scans and everything is fine so far, which is really good,” she added. And yes, it’s very exciting.”
Brownlee gushed that she was really excited that River was going to have a little brother so soon.
“Because they’re so close in age, they can grow up together, and I think that’s really cute,” she shared. “I always wanted a sibling that was really close in age, and I didn’t have one, so I want to do that for River.”
Ever since Brownlee became a first-time mom, McClelland has been by her friend’s side. After learning about her first pregnancy, she posted a sweet congratulatory message to her longtime friend.
“Together forever, words can’t describe the feeling!” McClelland captioned a photo of her hugging Brownlee. “So excited for this next chapter, gonna buy you milk here, babysit, but I don’t think I can change a nappy yet π love you so much.”
