BEIJING (Reuters) – A stable and sustainable development trend on trade and business between China and the United States will benefit both countries, Chinese Vice Commerce Minister Wang Shun said on Friday.
Wang, responding to a question about a possible tariff hit from US President-elect Donald Trump, said China would be able to “resolve and resist” the impact of external shocks.
He told a news conference that tariffs imposed by other countries would affect importers’ customers and increase inflation.
