“I FaceTimed with Rose for a couple of hours,” LaPaglia, 25, said during the Wednesday, Nov. 20 episode of the “BFFs” podcast. “I’m in love with him. I’ve never seen and felt more validated in my life. Even with him. Oh, my God. He’s a great person.”
LaPaglia’s podcast cohosts Dave Portnoy And Josh Richards admitted that he would “love” to be a “fly on the wall” for his conversation.
“Imagine Bri hit a little screenshare play for us, Dave, while it was going on,” Richards, 22, joked.

Brian, 28, was married to Madden from July 2020 to July 2021. No details about their wedding surfaced online, but Madden took to social media at the time with a photo (which has since been deleted) with a caption that read, “She B. ack.” ;-)”
After his divorce from Madden, the country singer began dating. Deb Peffer. They made their relationship official on Instagram in early 2022 but broke up by May 2023. Brian moved on with LaPaglia soon after.
She dated the barstool sports personality for a little over a year before announcing in an Instagram story late last month that they had split. At the time, LaPaglia claimed she was “blindsided” by Bryan’s social media post because they had agreed to keep the breakup private.
In the weeks since, LaPaglia has since offered insight into what she called an emotionally abusive relationship with Brian. The podcast host alleged that Brian and his team offered him $12 million to sign an NDA and never discussed their relationship. While Madden and Pfeffer haven’t clearly come out and addressed their past relationship with Brian — they’ve dropped subtle hints.
“Literally every single person basically confirmed everything from their past, in their own way,” Portnoy, 47, said during Wednesday’s “BFFs” episode.
Madden reacted to Portnoy’s diss track about Brian on TikTok, calling it “comedy gold”. Pfeffer also posted a TikTok video earlier this month detailing his entire experience with LaPaglia on a separate “BFFs” episode.
In a clip Pfeffer posted on November 7, he showed himself pouring a glass of wine Taylor Swiftis “clean”. She also appeared on LaPaglia and Brian’s breakup, without using her name in a separate video
“But I just want to be clear on the fact that I don’t find any satisfaction in hurting other people. Especially other women being hurt,” Pfeffer said on TikTok on October 24. “I think I’ve seen some comments on my personal social media pages that point to the fact that I do, and I don’t.”
