Bayern Munich strengthened their grip in the first place in the German League by defeating 3-0 over Werder Bremen in Allianz Arena.
After the frustrated first half in which the hosts failed to penetrate the Discovered Bremen defense, they returned from the time break with renewed intensity and eventually overcame their visitors.
