“Not only did doing the show change my life, but producing the show changed my life,” Fedotowsky, 40, wrote via Instagram Story on Friday, Nov. 15. “Many of you have asked me about my body transformation. Honestly, 75 percent of the transformation happened when I was training for the show.

He explained, “That was my job for two months and all I did was work all day every day. I have a lot of behind the scenes stuff to share with you guys over the next few weeks/months. Get ready!”
