About Partha – Body Weight Exercises

Hi, I’m Partha, the creator and owner of My Bodyweight Trainings.

I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer, certified by REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

My website aims to help people achieve their body composition goals.

All of my content is designed to help you improve your fitness, whether you’re looking to get stronger, build more muscle, lose weight, burn body fat, or simply want to become a fitter, better person.

My story

I started out as a teenager with a set of dumbbells and a Bullworker X5.

As you can imagine, most of my workouts in these early days were geared towards building ‘chest and back’, haha, we all did that!

However, it birthed my interest and passion for exercising and improving body composition.

I have been a regular gym goer since June 2000.

However, my initial career was in finance, but my love for exercise has always been with me.

So much so that even while working in finance, I pursued (and succeeded) in gaining my personal training qualifications.

I now coach clients offline and have been writing online and creating websites in both the finance and fitness industries since 2008.

My qualifications

I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer specializing in strength and conditioning.

Furthermore, I hold a Level 1 certification in Nutrition, Corrective Exercise and Weight Management.
