Jane Fonda looks back in her life from the achievement at the SAG 2025 Awards.

She also said that she is “a great believer in the unions,” explaining, “They have our backs. They bring us to society, and they give us power. Society means power, and this is really important when the workers’ strength is attacked and society is weakened.”
