Bad Bunny’s dates in Puerto Rico and how to get tickets

Days after Bad Bunny surprised fans by announcing his first-ever residency, he has added more dates.

On January 15, nine additional dates were added to the show’s now 30 residency, which will begin on July 11 and end on September 14.

The Puerto Rican singer posted a video on his Instagram account on January 13 saying he’s grateful for the recognition he’s receiving around the world, but he’s not ready to announce a world tour.

“Right now, I’m in Puerto Rico,” he said in Spanish. “I’m home and having a good time, and to be honest, I don’t want to leave here.”

So he is giving a series of concerts in Puerto Rico.

Bad Bunny’s first ever residency is called “No me quiero ir de aquí,” which translates to “I don’t want to leave here.” He will perform 21 shows from July 11 to August 24 at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico. José Miguel Agrelot, also known as “El Choliseo” and “El Choli”. The venue, which has a capacity of 18,000 people, is located in the capital, San Juan.

According to residence Websitethe first nine offers are for “Puerto Rico residents only.”

Bad Bunny’s sixth studio album, “Debí Tirar Más Fotos”, which translates to “I Should Have Taken More Photos”, was released on January 5, and was topping the charts in the United States and internationally.

The album debuted at number one on Billboard’s top streaming albums chart. “Baile Inolvidable” and “DtMF” currently hold the top two spots on Spotify and Apple Music’s Top 50 and Top 100 playlists in the USA, respectively. “DtMF” holds the top spot on those charts globally as well.

Bad Bunny, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, conceived the release of this album around focusing on Puerto Rico, declaring on the album’s back cover that this was “a project dedicated to every Puerto Rican in the whole world.”

In the songs, he highlights historical figures, presents facts about Puerto Rico in the album’s visualizations, criticizes the ongoing political issues in the archipelago and honors and celebrates Puerto Rican and Caribbean musical influences such as salsa, plena and reggaeton.
