PGA Tour star Sam Burns shows support for Trump in hunting photo.

PGA Tour golfer Sam Burns showed his support for President-elect Donald Trump in a social media post on Monday.

Burns posted a photo of himself with a deer he apparently killed. He posed with a deer wearing a tattered “Make America Great Again” hat.

“Deer hunting is great again!” she captioned the Instagram photo.

Burns appeared to be among several professional athletes who have expressed support for the president-elect over the past few days. UFC fighters, NFL players, golfers and soccer stars have all danced in celebration to support Trump.

Now, Burns is the latest to wear a MAGA hat, just weeks after San Francisco 49ers star Nick Bosa flashed the hat during a postgame interview on NBC.

Former NFL star Brian Urlacher speculated on why players were visibly showing support during this election cycle and not the previous two.

“People were scared for a while, you don’t want people talking bad about you, if you’re a Donald Trump supporter, how we’ve been talked about for the last four years,” Urlacher told Fox News Channel. Said on “Jess Waters”. Prime time.”

“I think nobody’s scared anymore. It’s good to see those people come out and everybody who’s been a quiet supporter of Trump — he’s always in the polls. … I think now he’s very Excited that he got the job done, and he’s going to get the job done in the next four years.”

Burns made his PGA Tour debut in 2017 and has won five since. He has yet to win a major championship. His best finish at a major came earlier this year when he tied for ninth at the US Open.
