Woman of the Hour does an excellent job of painting the man as a monster without going too far and portraying the kind of thing that would label a movie with an NC-17 rating and It will be removed from any respectable streaming service. The film offers a viewing experience that highlights the women affected by Alcala’s crimes, including a brave and intelligent young girl who manages to outwit the violent psychopath.
